Jack the Binder
Jack the Binder
In the 1950s and 60s, in the shops of Soho's red-light district, lovers of ample breasts feasted on explicit texts and photographs. A photographer, keen to maintain his anonymity, brilliantly exploited these mammary fantasies with a pronounced taste for bondage. He recruited models with striking features, whom he himself took pleasure in whipping, tying, stretching, and contorting. His photos earned him a scandalous reputation; he was dubbed "Jack the Binder." Historian and collector Bert Sligers has assembled significant documentation on Jack, including original negatives, to create a unique and representative collection of his obsession.
